Foiling the Bad Guys

See ULYA at Met-Art.com

I came home from a sexy romp in San Francisco (which you’ll hear about in erotic detail soon) to find that my blog has been inundated with comment spam. Luckily, my spam filter caught them all. But I just don’t like spending my morning sifting through 178 spam comments to make sure a real comment, which is ever-so-precious to me, didn’t got caught in the net. So I’m trying something a little new, and I hope it doesn’t annoy you too much. If you look down in the comments section of this post (and others) you’ll see something you’ve probably seen on plenty of other sites by now. In order to post your comment, you’ll need to enter the little code shown in the image. I tried to make it short and sweet, without too many hoops to jump through. I even found one that has an audio option for the sight impaired visitors (That’s for you, Ryan!). I do love hearing from all of you, so I’m trying to walk that thin line between effective and annoying.

Could I ask you a favor now, babydolls? Would you submit a comment to test out the new system? Let me know your opinion on it, or if you have any problems (you can email me if errors are preventing you from posting a comment). Or just use this as a comment free-for-all and say anything you want to me. Let the fun begin…

Note: I know, the picture that accompanies this post has nothing to do with the subject, but I thought you deserved a little reward for being my beta testers. Enjoy!

You should really make sure that people know that they aren’t catching a glimpse of your fabulous face, not that the hair shouldn’t be a dead giveaway for any of your fans. Of course, even that’s not so true anymore…

Blocking spam is always a good thing and typing in a 6 letter word is not a problem at all :)

I agree with the above. More podcasts :)

I do aim to please so I’ll let you guys in on a little plan I’ve been cooking up. The one year anniversary of my blog is coming up in December and I have a special podcast planned. If you guys can wait a few more weeks, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. ;)

YAY! It’s been a while since we heard you. Looking forward to hearing you again soon. Here’s my comment to help with your test. My only problem is that the letters are a little hard to read…two of them were very close together and hard to distinguish.

  8. Ben Says:

Per your request, my comment is delivered. Thanx again for bringing a bright ray of sunshine to an otherwise hectic day. And even if it’s not you in the photo, it’s still enticing to the senses. Take care.

In response to Lucky — it’s too late, her secret is out. We now all know that Miss Knees’ true identity is none other then Ulya I. And as soon as I can scrounge together a plane ticket to Russia, I’ll be her #1 Stalker in no time! ;)

Okay, the audio part is working now. I sent you an e-mail yesterday.
